Kirin strike alchemist x4 int to damage

Can a Grenadier Alchemist with the Explosive missile discovery using kirin strike shoot a bolt with a bomb and alchemist fire attached and deal an additional x2 int to damage with kirin strike?
The build look like this:

Sounds legit, but you are forgetting a Conductive Longbow and the Targeted Bomb Admixture for x7 Int to damage. (Alc. Fire; Two Bombs with x2 Int Damage; Kirin Strike)
