"Missing" promo cards, or will ship next month?

Hi,

I just got my order 3186049 in the mail today.

Thing is, the "My Orders" page on Paizo.com suggests that I should have gotten 3 of my 4 promo cards...

Is the website wrong, and I should expect my Goblin Promos all at the same time, when the Character Add-On deck arrives?

They will ship next month with the character add-on deck. Double check that they are in your sidecart. If they aren't I'm sure customer service will be happy to fix it.

Only 1 of the 4 made it to my Sidecart: Raznak

It says that Mogmurch, Keelhaulin, and Weidling all shipped with the first order, but they were not in the box, or in Adventure box. Triple-checked, cuz my wife was looking forward to playing as a goblin.

I got my base set delivered yesterday and decided to print out the character sheets for the characters, like Ranzak, not-yet-delivered. Damiel, Feiya, and Lini would be weaker for a bit until I get the add-on deck but Ranzak and Oloch look to be okay to play with just the base set. You won't have the token card but you can grab an appropriate mini or pawn and you can start adventuring :)

Thank you for your post, Corrin! Hawkmoon is correct, the rest of the promo cards should be sent to you at the same time as the Character Add-On deck. At the time that we had printed the shipping manifests, we were not aware that the promo cards would be delayed, so they are still marked as having been 'sent' with certain orders.

We will be working on getting those fixed within the next week or so to ensure that they are ready to go out with the Add-Ons.

Hi, Katina,

I just got order confirmation for my next shipment, and it says that I will be getting Raznak Zogmugot, but it still shows that I got Mogmurch, Keelhaulin, and Weidling last month (I did not).

New order number 3265863.

Is this just an error on the website (displays wrong, but I will get the right stuff), or is this something to worry about?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. It looks like yours did not do what it was supposed to.

I've had a stern discussion with Ranzak to let the other cards into the party.

You should get an email confirming the updated order information.
