Can Keen Edge affect siege weapons?

It says piercing or slashing, so..? I'm leaning towards no but what is RAW on this

Siege weapons aren't piercing or slashing, they're ranged weapons (in most cases). Even a battering ram isn't really a melee weapon.

Depends on the siege weapon. A ballista is piercing, so you can keen yourself a ballista bolt.

So it works on shurikens and crossbow bolts, would it work on siege engine ammo?

Lamplighter was quoting the keen weapon property, but the spell does in fact effect up to 50 projectiles.

Well springals fire arrows and ballistae fire bolts, so yes.
