I'm playing in a game with a Dhampir Undead Lord and a Fetchling Brawler. The Dhampir player recently requested to become a lich and it was ok'd which prompted the Brawler to want to get some sort of Template and our cleric suggested Vampire. So now we have or are going to have two undead characters and myself and I was trying to think of a template or ability that I could take that would make me ageless. Any Paizo book is allowed. Any ideas or suggestions?

A lot of it would depend on the story, becoming a full fledged outsider would work and sounds like it would be more in keeping with your character than becoming undead. (Although, they are not called out as being immortal / ageless in their creature type, the idea of an old Solar with a cane and grey hair telling about "back in his day" seems too comedic to exist.)

The thing is, if you look carefully, there aren't lifespans listed for most outsiders. Fey. Or many other creatures. Legacy of previous editions tells us outsiders are generally immortal, but may not necessarily be the case. It might be cool to become part fey. Or not. You could go mythic and become immortal if your GM permits as another option, as there are abilities there that would help.

Does reincarnate cure dead from old age?
You get a new youthful body. You're not immortal per-se, but you get a new young body every so often.
Also, If you become a species you don't care for you can use polymorph any object to effectively live as your preferred species. If nothing else it's a good way to stave off death long enough to find a more permanent solution.

There's an easier way. Wish. Pretty reasonable use of it. Also you could turn yourself into a construct, just remember you will do no more spell changes, which is not bad for a sorcerer. It's called a soulbound shell, it's in bestiary 4 it's actually pretty cool. Remember it prevents you from changing your spells, not learing new ones from gaining levels.

If you can access Wish or maybe Limited Wish then you could become a petitioner. Keep in mind of something extremely important, however, if you die as a petitioner you are, bar extremely powerful spells, dead permanently. Alternatively if you can find a level 20 or higher wizard with the Immortality Discovery you could vow to become his ally if he makes you immortal. Just expect to be called to his side at a moment's notice: Think being Gandalf's side-kick even if Gandalf is more or less immortal by basic nature so it isn't entirely fair.

Keep in mind that mortals have dual nature (body and soul are connected but separate) while true outsiders have a single nature (body and soul are the same thing) which is problematic for becoming a true outsider.
Alternatively you could become BFFs with a God. You probably have plane shift, and so long as you are not Evil you might be able to convince a god to use their spells (level 10 spells are essentially God Cantrips) to make you immortal and one of their agents on the material plane. Expect them to be able to give you directives and massive bonuses or penalties depending on what you're doing. If you're neutral then Nethys, Dai Kitsu, or Calistria can be great, but also Abadar if you can get him to listen.
Considering becoming a Lich often times requires the intervention and knowledge of a non-good god to accomplish, you might run into problems with who you are being allies with depending on who you seek immortality from.
Pathfinder is not built on the axiom of PCs gaining immortality. Wizards can do it because it is a trope of wizards to live forever. Death is meant to seem inevitable, and with the inclusion of clerics that invoke and use the power of gods with miracles and artifacts there is honestly no reason to be agnostic or atheistic in the Pathfinder universe. Considering that by level 16 you can pretty much go and say hello to gods to their faces, there is really no reason to not believe in them.
You could also sneak into the boneyard and erase your name from the list of mortals. By doing so your name never comes "up" and therefore you will never die of old age similarly to the Monkey King.

A soulbound shell can never change its known or prepared spells.
This sounds more like you can't gain XP. You no longer have a mortal body and your soul is locked in a solid and unchanging state. I have a feeling that this was never intended to be used by players, similar to Bone Priests.
