Do traits and bloodlines get counted in when using a staff?
Ie, a 10th lv draconic (red dragon) bloodline sorcerer uses a staff of fire to cast fireball. Is the fireball 10d6+10? Or 10d6.
The same said sorcerer has traits. Wayang spellhunter (fireball), Magical lineage (fireball).
He pulls out his staff of the master to use dazing metamagic feat on one of his ells known, a lv3 fireball. Does that consume 3 charges of his staff of the master, or 1 charge?

Def wait for someone who knows more to come along..
but as far as I'm aware, Staffs only use your caster level and or casting stat (can't remember i fit's one or both). but. I'm pretty sure you don't get to apply your various bonuses to it..
MAYBE if you had crafted said spells, then it would use all your bonuses etc.. but I think if it's a generic staff you picked up, your not casting the spell so it's not using your extra stuff.

as I understand it RAW you only get to use your relevant stat (ie INT/WIS/CHA) to set the DC + any other DC inc feats (Spell/Elemental Focus etc)
you also use your caster level if it is higher then the staff caster level
that's it- no bloondline powers, traits, abilities or other feats (uness there is one that explicitly allows for it)- metamagic feats don't stack w/ staves
would it be out of hand if you allowed the draconic bonus to add to the staff?- prob not but its not RAW
