tallfellow halfling?

so i heard alittle bit about them but not much but from what i heard they sounded cool so im wondering if anyone knows more so i can make this as a race for a game i mite be playing in soon.

They are a variant from early D&D. In LotR terms, a tallfellow is more like Pip and less like Frodo. The Tooks are historically more adventurous than other hobbits.

The main difference is tallfellow halflings are well taller just below medium sized. Stat wise there wouldn't be a difference in in pathfinder.

A halfling with the fleet of foot alternate racial trait should cover the Tallfellow mechanically, I think. The rest is just roleplaying.
