It is now 9 business days after the shipping date, and not only has my order not arrived, but it seems that UPS hasn't received it yet in order to ship. Can I please get an update on what is going on with my order? I have also left a voicemail with Paizo customer service and emailed them as well (both recently, so I'm not expecting a reply yet, just trying all avenues to get information).

Your issue seems similar to this one, so I thought I'd link it for you. I think customer service is a bit overwhelmed right now. They are normally able to respond a bit quicker. And they are always super helpful and do their best to resolve issues for customers.
I'm a card game subscriber too, so hopefully we'll both be seeing our orders on their way to us soon.
