20 levels arcane trickster by purple duck games: opinions?

Product Discussion

Sorry if it's the wrong forum. What I'd like to know is if someone of you know the arcane trickster base class from the purple duck games publisher (http://shop.d20pfsrd.com/products/prestige-archetype-arcane-trickster). For those who don't know, basically it's a actually wiz/rogue with the arcane trickster prestige class abilities. 6th level spellcasting, 3 talents, 2 advanced talents, 9d6 sneak, improptu 2/day, tricky spell 5 a days, scribe scroll, arcane bond at 6th, Evasion, no uncanny dodge, trap sense 5. Basically he has the spellbook and the magus progression. Good ref and will. It seems to me it's really good, and would be perfect to improve the rogue. I have some doubt, anyway: could it be too much?

I have the PDF and I think the class is fine, especially if you use it as an alternate magus or bard. Also, I this this should be in the the Compatible 3rd Party Forum, though I may be wrong.

I have it as well and think it is one of the strongest and best of those products they have released. It's approved for use in my home games.

Sounds like the 2nd ed Mage/Thief finally got the love it deserved. I'm glad.

All the prestige archetypes are works-in-progress at this stage. If you have feedback on any of them make sure you send it to gedakm@gmail.com. We will release the last archetype in this set next week and then they will all going into revision for the final book (revising Sept/Oct most likely).
