Skald raging powers

At 3rd level, skalds get raging powers that they can apply to their inspired rages. Can I use the extra rage power feat to get even more?

Yes. You get Rage Powers as a class feature at 3rd level, so you can take your Extra Rage Power feat at 3rd level.

Of course, if you take an archetype which replaces the 3rd level Rage Power, you wouldn't be able to take the feat as you otherwise do not possess the Rage Power class feature (unless you retrain at the level where you get them).

Yes, but do your extra rage powers apply to your allies when they accept your inspired rage?

Yes it's from another source, the feat.

Yup. You can get Extra Rage Powers, but they only apply to you, unlike the ones you get from the Class.
