I can find 'Song of Extinction', 'Clamor Box' and 'Music Box Trap' but I can't seem to find any entry for a regular 'music box', is one listed anywhere?

no there is not, Not in any "official" published material. Third party is outside of my expertise.
However, if you need it for anything hastily. I'd price it as an uncommon item that would cost at least 120g (part complex music instrument, part well-crafted wooden casing) however feel free to bump that up for either special materials or masterwork versions. and it would fall under the category of adventuring gear.
