Large sized spiked gauntlets

I know By RAW I should be able to wield a large sized spiked gauntlet with a -2 penalty since it is considered a light one handed weapon. That being said do you think that I could by RAI, the fact that the hand it was intended for would simply not fit a medium sized hand is the core of the issue.

You wouldn't wear it, but instead hold it by the wrist and slap someone with it.

Technically, you could wield a huge gauntlet since it would increase to 2 handed size.

At that point though, I think you would pretty much need to just rip a big statue's hand off and put it on that and swing it around.

You would be better off in all cases by just wearing an appropriately sized cestus. Same damage increase, better crit range, no to hit penalty.

Right but cestus is 1d4 as is spiked gauntlet, my whole thing here is trying to do 1d6 instead
