Hey guys,
So I am trying to calculate the attack bonus of my Falchion and I have a question.
Since it is for a Half-orc Barbarian Str 18 is it=
+6= +1BAB +4STR +1 Weapon Proficiency
+7= +1BAB +4STR +1 Weapon Proficiency +1Weapon Familiarity
And would worshiping Lamashtu add another +1 since Falchion is the preferred weapon?
Cheers

You don't get an attack bonus for being proficient with a weapon, it allows you to wield it without incurring a -4 attack penalty. You don't get an attack bonus for Weapon Familiarity, it just makes it easier to be considered proficient. You don't get an attack bonus for worshipping a god, Clerics and Inquisitors gain proficiency with their god's favoured weapon.
Your attack bonus should be +5 = +4 str +1 BAB. You can increase it by 1 by getting weapon focus.

As a barbarian, you don't get any bonuses for worshipping any deity without a specific trait/feat that says so.
So you don't get a +1 bouns because you are wielding Lamashtu's favored weapon. In fact, all the favored weapon entry means is that Cleric's of Lamashtu are proficient with falchions. It also has some implications for the war-priest class coming out. However, you are neither of those classes so none of it applies to you.
You also don't get a bonus to attack rolls for being proficient. As Barathos points out, it only removes the non-proficiency penalty for using it. You can get lots of bonuses to attack, but these don't provide any.

As a Barbarian you can enter a Rage as a free action. Rage will increase your STR by +4, which translates into an additional +2 to hit.
Don't forget; because the Falchion is 2-handed you get to add 1.5x STR to damage. So:
18 STR = +4 Mod = +6 to damage with a 2-handed weapon or 1-handed weapon wielded in two hands.
22 STR = +6 Mod = +9 to damage with a 2-handed weapon or 1-handed weapon wielded in two hands.

Keep a careful eye out. This applies to most one-handed weapons, but there are some, even if only a couple, that have a provision written in that says that they don't get the increased damage form Strength for being wielded two-handed.
Whip and rapier, I think, are in that category.
