Not usually. Most instances of stat drain/damage are granted by supernatural or extraordinary ability rather than the natural attack alone and as that draining/damaging ability is not listed in the ability gained section of your polymorph spell you don't get that portion of the damage.
Undead Anatomy 4, might be an exception but its really poorly written so I'd consult the DM.

So in the case of when it is in the natural attack alone (like say for Immortal Ichor) then it would be fine?

It doesn't get it from the Corrupt ability. It is tied specifically to its slam attack.
I am curious because it is in the same place as energy damage tied to a natural attack. Sometimes its from an ability other times its just listed in the stat block as part of the natural attack. Since Polymorph grants you the natural attack does it or does it not include the energy damage granted if no other ability listed is granting it?
