Whips, Spiked Chains and tight leather! Help building a Kuthite Pain Taster!

Advice

Hello everyone!
Thanks to the Throne of Night AP, I have the occasion to play a LE Drow, not some silly, panther-loving, scimitar dual-wielder. :P
Inspired by the write up he got in Faiths of Corruption, and the popular image that people have of Drow Dominatrixes, I'm going to build a follower of Zon-Kuthon and pick the flavourful Pain Taster PRC (the updated one that you can find here).

But building one is proving more difficult than I imagined, so I'm here asking for help!

Race:Drow but I can pick from the following Stat modifier in addition to the standard one:
+2 Constitution, +2 Strength, -2 Wisdom
+2 Charisma +2 Wisdom, -2 Constitution
+2 Intelligence, +2 Wisdom, -2 Constitution
+2 Dexterity, +2 Strength, -2 Charisma
+2 Dexterity, +2 Charisma, -2 Strength
Point buy: 23
Deity: Good old Zon-Kuthon, obviously :3
Two traits, no drawbacks
Class Allowed: No gunslingers and no ACG classes. I asked if I could pick a Warpriest, and waiting for a response :/

So, I thought a couple of ways I could do this: First, wielding a whip and taking the Warpriest to up the damage dice, gaining a few goodies on the way. Second, going Inquisitor and wielding a Spiked Chain, hoping that I can get the DM to allow me to use the Cruelty class Feature of the PRC with the spiked chain.

Can anyone give me an hand? I searched the forums for help, but everything is inherent to the previous iteration of the PRC :(

Gonna mention Mocking Dance. Real good with any whip build.

Kensai is pretty nice for whip builds. So is Maneuver Master monk. There's really a lot you can do here.

Too bad you are going Drow, Fiend Flayer (tiefling) archetype Magus with 4 levels of Pain Taster can give himself infinite arcane pool points (plus it's pretty thematic).

I'm not sure I understand how Mocking Dance and the Fiend Flayer trick work. :/

I didn't consider Kensai tough (never really looked at the magus before)! That's a way to up the damage, and the free Weapon Focus looks tempting: I need a 3 feat tax to enter the PRC, and Whip builds look fairly feat intensive by themselves. :/

1.Mocking Dance lets you move your speed as a swift action as long as you don't threaten anyone.
2.Whips don't threaten but reach 15 feet
3.???
4.PROFIT!

1.Pain Taster with Blood Control reduces CON damage done by half his level.
2.Fiend Flayer does CON damage to himself in exchange for Arcane Pool Points.
3.???
4.PROFIT!

The whip mastery things aren't even really worth it, just use a Scorpion whip.

Hm, I see. The problem with mocking dance is that a the 7th level of the PRC I have to get Improved Whip Mastery, and that makes me threaten 10ft around me. :/

Opinions on the Inquisitor with a spiked chain idea, in case that I can get house ruled that it works with Cruelty?

The first question is, if you get whip proficiency for free or not.
If not, you need to pick a class that get´s it or choose it as a feat.

Fighter Lore Warden could be a good thing for a maneuver whip build. You also would have plenty of feats that way.
Else bards are really tied to whips and they have spells, many of them would fit the dominatrix theme. (Looking at Lotus Geisha archetype, which unfortunately looses whip proficiency, but gains spell focus enchantment).
Thematically a cleric could also be a good fit.

Of course the ACG classes are the most interesting at the moment.
Warpriest would surely be good, but with a whip a swashbuckler could also be awesome, there is a feat that let´s you use slashing weapons and probably in the final ACG there is some more to support that.

Well, first off that'll be lvl13, gthat's a long way off. Second, the whip still reaches 15 so you can get them in your reach (but not your threat) and then go to town.
