Are there any existing rules/guidelines somewhere for pricing an item with a (higher) bonus to a single save? If not, how do you guys it should be?
The math on the mythic items is kinda wonky, even without taking the extra re-roll ability into account.
(I didn't know if this ought to have gone to Rules or Advice, btw.)

Short answer: no.
Long answer: If you're making a house rule, the guidelines for limited abilities is to knock of 10-30% based on limitations to WHO can use it, so there is a precedent for cheaper items. I think saying it's only 1/3rd the price since it offers only one third the resistance bonus (it is a resistance bonus, right?) is reasonable. There are those who may disagree, but either way it would end up in the homebrew forum.
Follow-up question: You mention mythic items, but without any context I have no idea how they relate to the discussion. You have a specific item in mind? You are creating a mythic item?

Yeah I'd personally tend towards 1/2 cost as well.

There's a set of mythic items, which are the only example that I've seen of what I'm after, that are +1 higher for a specific save, but also have an additional "spend mythic point to re-roll that save 1/day" ability, and are priced at 1.5k / 6k / 13.5k / 24k / 37.5k for +1(+2) through +5(+6).
