Actually I did find a FAQ post that states any class that can choose a domain can choose an inquisition. It had Ultimate Magic as it source.
Right, absolutely. Because they count as Domains in pretty much all ways. But...Druids aren't allowed to pick a Domain from the Domain list, they're only allowed to pick from a very specific and limited list...which has no Inquisitions on it.

Hmm, the way that it is written in nature bond is "...granting the druid one of the following cleric domains..."pg 50 of nature bond. Then Ultimate Magic state "Inquisitions are intended for inquisitors, not for other classes that give access to domains. While a cleric or
other domain-using class can select an inquisition in
place of a domain (if appropriate to the character’s deity),
inquisitions do not grant domain spell slots or domain
spells, and therefore are much weaker choices for those
classes. These other classes use the appropriate class level
as their inquisitor level for the purpose of inquisition
granted powers (clerics use their cleric level as their
inquisitor level, and so on)." pg 41. This wording leads me to believe that a Druid can access inquisition so long as it matches a god's portfolio since druids are a "domain-using class".
