I'm wanting to build a kolbold Dawnflower Dervish bard. I was thinking of going with two levels of bard and four levels of fighter (for weapon specialization). Then following the rest of the way with either all bard or Evangelist. My starting stat block is:
Str: 8
Dex: 19
Con: 10
Int: 12
Wis: 7
Cha: 14
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
Feats: Extra traits, Dervish Dance
Traits: Magical Knack: bard, Maestro of the Society, Ancestral Arms? (I believe it's called from the new People of the River, taking Cold Iron masterwork scimitar with it and it also basically acts as weapon focus), Armor Expert, and Outlander: Lore Seeker (this is for Rise of the Runelords)

Getting Mirror Image ASAP will improve your character's survivability a lot. More than a few extra hp from fighter, certainly. In the long run extra bard levels (earlier increases to Inspire Courage, earlier access to Inspire Greatness, more buff spells) will increase their offence more than weapon spec too.

Alright, the other reason for fighter levels was simply a quicker rise in bab to eventually take improved critical, which I thought would be good with the scimitar. But, quicker spell access and more bardic performance would be good too. So, maybe just take two levels of fighter for the extra hp and the two bonus feats, but not go the full four for specialization?
