The class is balanced by its strict entry requirements. Not just anybody can be a gninja, after all. It probably wouldn't hurt to put some multiclassing restrictions on it though, like Monk and Paladin had back in 3.5.

Paizo can't release it's stats. If it has stats, you can kill it.
But Treerazer, demon lords, the tarrasque, and even Cthulhu's freaking avatar have stats... just how damn powerful is a gninja?!

You never hear about any flaws they might or might not have and Paizo hasn't released their complete 1-20 stats to the public.
Their 'Make Others Poor' ability being keyed off both HD and CHA just seems broken to me.
Heads up, I spend 40+ hours a week working less than 10 ft from a gninja. No flaws that I can see so far. I'll report back if I find any.

I went up against a gninja once. Crippled me right in my wallet. It was months before I was able look at my account again.

I'm pretty sure they get bonuses to diplomacy based on craft, kinda like versatile performance for bards. The cookies are so OP.
