Surprisingly, it was a Christian camp. I was not expecting that at that kind of a camp.
Christian Camp? That reminds of a interesting story. I used to work the over night shift at a gas station on Rt 17 in Mahwah, NJ. Let me tell you meet a lot of interesting people at 3 AM in the morning. The only time I felt fear though was one night a couple of kids ran out of gas on the side street right behind the gas station. So I was helping them out with the station's gas can when one of them right out of blue asked...
"Do you believe in God?"
"Have you read the bible?"
Those questions just sent a alarm bell in my mind. It is kinda of a freaky question to ask somebody like that. The other kid than explained they just were coming back from a Christian camp...and gave me a really good tip. Though if I knew of your experience back them I might have preemptively punched the kid.
Sorry to go on like that...and not asking a question. It happens when you get older.

1) the kid took the knife from the councilor and threatened you with it.
2) the councilor gave the kid the knife and he threatened you with it.
3) the councilor threatened you with the knife.
4) kid had the knife and produced without having express intention to do you harm.
5) councilor had the knife and produced it without the express intention to do you harm.
6) kid had knife and produced for intimidation
7) councilor had knife and produced it for intimidation
