Summoned Erinyes and True Seeing

Rules Questions

So, Erinyes Devils have constant True Seeing. Do summoned Erinyes have True Seeing?

Summon Monster: "Creatures summoned using this spell cannot use spells or spell-like abilities that duplicate spells with expensive material components"

But, IMO, the usual rules meaning of "use" is "activate", not "benefit from". By this line of thinking, the Erinyes doesn't need to "use" True Seeing, it's already active.

Thoughts?

True seeing is part of their natural senses, Summoned creatures also receive dark vision, something that you could also count among those. And while magic can mimic those "supernatural" senses, to them, it is natural, they don't need to activate it, and a summoned Erinyes would have it.

They should have it. It is an always on ability not used or activated like most SLA's are so I think RAI it should be on.
