Hi,
I received my Spires of Xin-Shalast 2 weeks ago from the weeks ago in Sydney Australia. The packaging did not contain the promo card "1 x Pathfinder Adventure Card Game?Promo Card: Goblin Plate +1~" anywhere.
I've emailed customer.service@paizo.com about this twice since then and have not received a reply.
The order number is 'Order 3157798'

I've had the same issue. I was a subscriber (I cancelled because I don't want S&S at this point) so I was expecting the promo card. Of more concern for me is the lack of response from Paizo, that seems very unusual.

I'm surprised by your story because others have posted about how responsive Paizo customer service is. Others have had good results from calling, but that would be expensive in your case.

Our warehouse staff has been placing the promo cards inside the deck box to secure the promo card in transit. If you haven't yet, could you please open the Adventure Deck box itself to double check if the promo card is in there?
Also, we have been receiving an unusually high volume of emails for the last several weeks, so it is taking us some time to play catch up on emails. We are getting closer to caught up, but still have a way to go.
Also, yes, PaizoCon is this weekend, so lots of time and attention is being directed that way.
We appreciate your patience as we work through this, and will get everyone taken care of as soon as we can.

Thanks Vic for moving the post to the right location this is only my second forum post and I didn't see the customer service option to post into.
To Sharaya, Yes I checked inside the deck box and all around inside the packaging, I've also been through all the cards after unwrapping them and sleeving them.
Thanks for the quick forum replies. When I emailed a few weeks ago to cancel my subscription (so that I don't get slugged with the skulls and shackles base set postage)the reply was super quick, the day after, was the main reason I was worried about not hearing anything this time.
