Can You Attack While Flatfooted?

Rules Questions

The Seven Branched Sword lets you make a trip attempt to make an opponent flatfooted. If made flatfooted in this manner, what actions can the flatfooted character take?

Just not being able to make attacks of opportunity.

Sczarni

There are several abilities/conditions that can make you flat-footed after you've acted in combat, such as using Acrobatics to balance on a narrow surface. You are simply denied your Dexterity bonus to AC and cannot make Attacks of Opportunity.

You can still attack just fine.

Unless you have combat reflexes. Yeah, that is a little advantage it tacked onto the end of that feat.
