If so, where can I find this answer listed?
Again if so, how do I find out what source/book it would be listed under?

Not all posts labeled that way were actually answered. Back in the olden days sometimes a post was flagged as answered in order to remove it from the queue.

With more recent FAQ requests the PDT often posts the answer at the end of the thread.

Scouring the FAQ is your best option. If the question concerned a particular book you can start your search in that book's FAQ section.
