Is what i am seeing in My Subscriptions page true?

I know it's still a little early but i have to ask:
I am seeing in My Subscriptions page that we are not going to get any AP volumes in July but instead we will get 3 volumes (mummy's mask 5,6 and iron gods 1) on August, is this true?


Usually the best way to get the accurate picture (because the "My Subscriptions" page has been known to incorrectly show shipments combining) is to check the release schedule at http://paizo.com/paizo/about/schedule

That would indicate we're getting two volumes (mummy's mask 5+6) in mid July, and the first volume of Iron Gods in early August.

Obviously only customer support can give us the real answer, but I'm also hoping it's a display error because that's a lot of products to pay for at once :-S

I said it before, but as the topic is dear to my heart, I'll be a pain and just say it again:

The "Example Subscription Shipments" listing on My Subscriptions is very unreliable as it tends to consolidate future months. (Note that it used to be unreliable when Paizo was in the process of shipping subscriptions, but it seems it is now unreliable all the time.)

In fact, it is so wrong that it generates multiple customer service messageboard posts every month from people horrified at seeing its results. It generates subscription cancellations from people who (rightfully) take it for granted and just can't bear the costs (it is currently showing me a $288.25 order for August and missing a book in my sidecart, while another one is correctly listed).

I said it before but I'll reiterate: this thing must be fixed right now (it has been wrong for a very long time) or it must be removed altogether. It hurts us as customers, and it hurts Paizo with subscription cancellations.


I knew that the My Subscriptions page is getting all kinds of crazy during subscription shipping times each month, the reason i posted is that now it isn't that time of the month.

Yes, we are having some display problems with the Example Subscription Shipments section.

Yeah, I'd agree. It's unreliable so often it's not really worth a lot. It would be better to just say "temporarily unavailable - here's a link to the product schedule page" until it's working properly, in my view.
