Sai, butterfly sword, Lungchuan Tamo are all light bladed weapons (and by that similar to the dagger) that monks can flurry with.
The sai has no edge, only a point. The butterfly sword has a very broad but short blade and the Lungchuan Tamo is a baton containing two slender daggers.
I'll note this-sai aren't really daggers at all. I know that they are often depicted as such in media, but really, they are just batons, much like Jitte. And mechanically, that is what Paizo went with, since they only do bludgeoning.
But yeah, Lungchuan Tamo are pretty much exactly what was asked for. They are daggers that trade away their decent crit (they only have x2) in order to become flurriable.

What I'd like to ask is why daggers, specifically? Rogues can sneak attack with any weapon, from a dagger to a Large Bastard Sword. Does this have anything to do with the River Rat trait which gives you +1 bonus damage w/ daggers? If that's the case, yes you have to use that one specific weapon called the 'Dagger' and "dagger-like" isn't sufficient. In that case, your only options that I can think of are either Sohei or Crusader's Flurry. Keep in mind that you can hold a dagger but still flurry with other weapons or Unarmed Strikes that you have available. So you can sneak up and attack as a standard Attack action with the dagger to benefit from River Rat (if that's applicable), then Flurry with the Sai (or other light/one-handed Monk weapon in your other hand) and/or Unarmed Strikes and the presence of the Dagger in your hand is a non-issue; it doesn't prevent you from using FoB.

Unfortunately, as a Martial weapon, a Monk/Rogue multiclass would not have proficiency in the Lungchuan Tamo.
Monks do not automatically gain proficiency in all monk weapons.

I have been thinking of making a monk/rogue, but I'm not sure if you can FoB with daggers.
If it's not possible by basic class rules/abilities, is there a feat for this?
If you are permitted 3rd party material you absolutely need to check out the rogue genius games talented monk and talented rogue. In particular the talented monk has rules for mixing the two together as a single class.
If you want to be a rogue that flurries with daggers, you REALLY want to check out these two products.

Sohei get martial proficiency though. And lets face it-it is a much better choice for a multiclass since it can allow you to flurry in light armor. That allows you to be viable early on without having to rely on high dex/wis or a bunch of magical boosters you can't afford yet.
