How big can a playable character get?

Advice

Just a simple question I'm curious about. How big can a playable character get within the rules?

With the synth summoner at lv. 13 you can get Huge through the "Large" evolution. Could one get said evolution and then cast enlarge person on themselves to get to gargantuan?

Note: I do realize that this would be impractical in small / normally roofed places. Just curious.

The rules allow for monstrous characters with an effective level equal to the CR of the monster, as I recall. So Colossal is the limit.

I see. Is there a mechanical way to reach colossal size? Right now, without assuming the DM gives allowance to races outside of those listed (save maybe for half-ogre) I can only seem to MAYBE reach gargantuan.

Several of the polymorph spells of higher level allow the caster to assume forms of Huge sized creature. Both Giant Form II and Monstrous Physique IV those forms are essentially human-like except for, of course, size.

A Druid's wildshape ability caps out at Huge sized creature types.

Though obviously not a bullet point usage of Wish or Miracle I suspect a fair number of GM's would allow a properly phrased Wish/Miracle to accomplish even a Colossal size creature particularly if the primary benefit was the size.

I seem to be hitting the same apparent upper limit (outside of potential Wish or Miracle usage) of Gargantuan that Third Mind is seeing as well ... the above shapechange spells or abilities + Enlarge = gargantuan.

Maybe Magic Jar though that isn't really quite becoming that size yourself.

I'm not familiar enough with Mythic but maybe someone else can say yeah or nay to some method there.

Gargantuan size is the biggest that I can see a player character achieving. Start with a synthesist eidolon, take the Large/Huge evolution, and then cast Enlarge Person on yourself.

Simple. Magic jar a titan.

Magic Jar is quite possible. Have to find the colossal creatures first, but it definitely is a way to get colossal.

Random question(s) involving size.

How big would a PC have to be to lift say a wagon and use it as a weapon via the Catch Off-Guard feat?

And for fun: What are some of the biggest random nearby objects one could use as a weapon when at gargantuan size? Say 20 starting strength, plus 16 from being huge and plus 2 from enlarge person = 38 STR. So, 3,800 lbs as light load. For fun we'll give them a heavy load belt, so total of 12,800 lbs light weight. Could do Muleback cords for even further limits, but we want to save money right? What could a gargantuan sized improvised weapon user use as a weapon within the limits of 12,800lbs?

Well there's Azathoth, I think he's about the largest, being an insane stellar object.

Your Mom

I'd guess the bell from the church, statues, or boulders. Although your previous allies would make for interesting sling bullets.
