Flexibility seems to be covered by the Escape Artist skill, so Skill Focus (Escape Artist) is a must for the truly flexible character. :D

Get rid of the Surge of Success feat and grab Extra Grit feat instead. Having 2 extra Grit points per day would more useful for the AoO's you would be getting from Parry/Riposte IMHO.

Get Vital Strike as soon as you can along with adding Agile enchant to your Rapier, which would allow you to use Dex on damage rolls with it.

Also look at getting the Cruel weapon enchant as well. If you demoralize your foe with Menacing Swordplay you can then hit him while he's Shaken with a Cruel weapon to also make him Sickened... Enforcer feat is nice too if you do Non-lethal damage.

Grand Lodge

You could always play Pirate Gumby. Yo don't get much more flexible than that.

Shadow Lodge

Oh I forgot about the cruel enchantment. Thanks for the suggestions

lol Like so

you have a slight problem with the feat -

Piranha Strike -2/+4 You can subtract from your attack roll to add to your damage with light weapons.

In that the Rapier is not a light weapon.
(I got called on this same mistake when building a Swashbuckler.)

What's your reasoning behind grabbing 2 levels of Monk?
Just haven't seen a couple levels of Monk with Swashbuckler before. Usually it's Paladin or a Bard archetype - Dawnflower Dervish (did I get the right archetype? ^_^ )
