What Does 'Bypass All Armor' Mean?

Rules Questions

Pretty much what the title says: for the Legendary Item ability 'Unstoppable Strike', it states that the weapon bypasses all armor, so my question is this...

Does this include natural armor, shield bonuses, and armor bonuses granted from any source (such as bracers of armor)?

Here's a Link if anyone needs references.

Unstoppable Strike: This weapon bypasses all armor. The wielder can expend one use of legendary power when attacking to make the attack against touch AC. If she instead expends two uses of legendary power, the weapon also bypasses any deflection bonus to AC the target has. An item must be a weapon and be a minor or major artifact to have this ability.

Bypassing armor is simply an overview of the ability. The important part is at the end of the second sentence. It targets touch AC.

The very first sentence of the ability indicates the 'passive' effect (in that it bypasses all armor). The rest of the abilities are 'active' effects that require legendary power/mythic power to activate.

Or am I just reading it wrong?

No. 'This weapon bypasses all armor' is flavor text. The rest of it is rules text.

Ignoring Armor, Natural, and Shield bonuses is (more or less) what touch AC is.

That's not a passive effect, that's an overview of what the effect is. You have to activate it using mythic power to actually get that effect.

In rules text describing an ability, the first sentence is often a thesis statement summarizing the overall effect of the ability, while the rest of the text clarifies, limits, and otherwise elaborates on the specifics of the ability.

In other words, the answer to the question is "keep reading".
