Vestigial Arm and natural attack

Rules Questions

Hello gentlemen! I have a question for you :P

Although vestigial arm does not garant me extra attacks, if I were to take the discovery 2 times, and using feral mutagen while raging with the beast totem (Beast totem 2 claws attack, feral mutagen 2 claws and a bite attack) would I be able to use all my natural attack? (that's 5 of them)

Thanks! >_<

Liberty's Edge

I do believe that if you didn't have the vestigial arms, you could take 3 natural attacks (2 claw, 1 bite). If I inderstand correctly, with vestigial arms, you would still only be able to make 3 natural attacks, though you could make 3 claw attacks if so desired.

Essentially, V.A. doesn't give you additional attacks, it just gives you more options with which to make the attacks you have.

YMMV.

I believe that is correct, or at least close enough. I think there was a big discussion about number of attacks versus type...and that was a thing. But yeah, I believe that's close enough.

You can't get 4 claw attacks with it.

Yeah, thought so. Thanks!

I had this doubt because it's not the VA that gives me more attacks but the "natural weapon" was labled as a natural attack. Gaining a "natural weapon" such as claws, bite and so on ususally gives you extra attacks. :P That was a silly question, I'm sorry guys <3
