I apologize in advance if this question has already been answered somewhere, I expect it has. But I haven't been able to find it if so.
I'm hoping that someone can confirm my understand of how flurry of blows combines with non monk levels. As an example, lets take a monk 3/fighter 3.
If I do a standard attack (no FOB) i would expect to get 1 attack with a BAB of +5.
If I flurry, my BAB would be +6. Meaning that I would get three attacks at 4/4/-1.
A monk 1/Fighter 5 would resolve in the same manner.
Sound right?
Thanks!

That is my understanding. As such, to use the Fighter 19/Monk 1 example from the FAQ would flurry at +18/+18/+13/+8/+3.

Right.
For regular attacks, you use Monk BAB plus BAB from any other levels.
For Flurry, you consider Monks to have full BAB plus BAB from any other levels, takes a -2 penalty to attacks, then you gain bonus attacks based on your Monk level.
So a Monk 3/Fighter 3 has regular BAB +5 (2+3), a Flurry BAB of +6/+1 and does one extra attack with -2 penalty to all attacks for a total of +4/+4/-1
The Monk 1/Fighter 5 is regular BAB +5 (0+5), Flurry BAB of +6/+1, and Flurries at +4/+4/-1.
Just remember the extra attacks is based only on Monk level.
For example, take a Monk 8/Fighter 2. Regular BAB +8/+3, Flurry BAB of +10/+5, Flurries for +8/+8/+3/+3.
A Monk 6/Fighter 4 has regular BAB +8/+3, Flurry BAB +10/+5, but Flurries at +8/+8/+3 since he isn't Monk 8 to get the second Flurry bonus attack.

FOB with multiclass:
BAB(m) = monk level
BAB(x) = BAB from all other classes
BAB(T) = BAB from all classes
Determine BAB(m)
Add all TWF feats that BAB(m) qualifies for
Add BAB(x)
Then apply flurry penalty
For example Fighter 4/monk 7
BAB(m) =7
Qualifies for TWF and ITWF
BAB(x) =4
BAB(T) =11
Total attacks +11/+6/+1 for BAB
TWF and ITWF make it +11/+11/+6/+6/+1
Flurry penalty makes it +9/+9/+4/+4/-1
