Can we buy any monster out of the bestiary

The bestiary III lists a clock works servant and a column construct
can we buy a clockwork servant or solder. Can a player buy them?
My wizard is crazy about clock works.

It's not a rules question really - if it has a price it can be bought. Just a matter of finding a seller..which might not be so easy considering the requirements to make one. And note the price to buy one will probably be at least double of what the bestiary says in creation costs. The matter is purely a storytelling one.

You should be able to buy or craft one for the correct price, as long as your GM is okay with it. You can find the prices for a servant or soldier at the d20pfsrd site. The best way is probably to let your GM know you'd like one and ask for either the option to purchase or craft it, or go on a quest that might have one as a reward.

If your Wizard is really into Clockwaork then maybe Craft Construct is the feat for you. Clockwork, Golems, you can make loads of things with a bit of downtime.

"Crazy"? "Wizard"? My good man, why would your character want to buy a clockwork monster when you could make your own?

Sell a man a fish, he eats for a day.
Teach a man to build monstrous clockwork fish, he can send them to rob banks while he looks on and cackles maniacally.

Look up the requirements, have the wizard take Craft Construct, have him create it.
