The purpose of this thread is to share statistics for ships converted from S&S modules and various Paizo and 3rd party publisher (3PP) deck plans to Fire as She Bears statistics.
By necessity, this thread will contain spoilers for a variety of ships that the PCs may encounter.
I'll start with my version of the Man's Promise.
Man's Promise, Starter Ship Edition
This version of the Man's Promise is somewhat smaller than the version shown in the deck plans in The Wormwood Mutiny. The reduction in size is intended to encourage the PCs to "trade up" when they capture larger, faster, or more combat-ready vessels.

Notes:
This version assumes that the hull sections are configured as a line one section wide by six sections long, plus one elevated section for the fo'c'sl and one elevated section for the sterncastle.
This version of the Man's Promise is not currently carrying the maximum number of rigging sections allowed for its hull size. The PCs may purchase up to three additional rigging sections at Rickety's Squibs. This will require re-calculating many of the ship's statistics.
I've assumed that Captain Harrigan left both ballistae and all 12 ballista bolts on board the Man's Promise, in case it was attacked en route to Port Peril (where he intended it to sail).
Under Pathfinder rules a Light Ballista deals 3d8 damage. Based on three damage dice, I've assigned each ballista the same weight as an FASB 3 pounder cannon (800 lbs.)
Under Pathfinder rules each ballista bolt weighs 10 lbs. I've used that weight for my calculations.
The ship's weight assumes that the cistern is carrying 500 gallons of water when the ship leaves Bonewrack Island.
One of the two bilge pumps described in The Wormwood Mutiny has been re-categorized as a fire pump. Either way, the weight is the same.
Edit: I originally listed the bilge pump twice, plus the fire pump.

For 3PP deck plans that are available in the Paizo store, I'll include hyperlinks. For 3PP deck plans that are not available in the Paizo store, I'll list the product name and the publisher, but I don't plan to include hyperlinks.
Next up is a conversion of the caravels shown in Tall Ships 15: Caravel Fleet, from Scrying Eye Games.
I plan to use these statistics, with slight modifications, to represent the Dowager Queen and the Sanbalot from Raiders of the Fever Sea.

Notes:
As shown in the deck plans, these ships measure approximately 65 feet long (or 75 feet, counting the bowsprit) by 20 feet wide. In FASB terms, I've interpreted that as three hull sections long by one hull section wide, before adding any raised sections.
The deck plans depict a 20 ft. x 20 ft. raised sterncastle, and a fo'c'sl approximately 12.5 ft x 15 ft. I've decided to assign one elevated hull location to the sterncastle, and fold the small fo'c'sl into the forward hull section.
This set of statistics does not include a cistern. The FASB rules state that a day's rations include fresh water, but the weight of one day's rations seems too light to account for the weight of water. To avoid this issue, GMs who want to account for every pound can add a few barrels of fresh water. Each barrel's full weight should be its empty weight, plus 8 lbs. per gallon of water.
The weight shown above does not include the weight of plunder carried, or any specialized pieces of equipment (like a manticore cage).
To enable each ship to carry as many points of plunder as Paizo has assigned to it, I'm using three categories of goods, all of which weigh less than the S&S standard 10 tons (20,000 lbs.) per point. My categories are Plunder (10,000 lbs. per point), Loot (2,000 lbs. per point) and Treasure (500 lbs. per point).

Anyone using FASB to run S&S ship combat is welcome to share their conversions. By combining our efforts, we could save each other hours of work.
The Man's Promise, in particular, could be represented by many different sets of FASB statistics. For starters, it could be calculated from the deck plans in The Wormwood Mutiny, or from the dimensions of the Maiden of the High Seas model from WorldWorksGames. Because the Maiden is more than 20 feet but less than 40 feet wide, it could be calculated as either one or two hull sections wide. The Man's Promise could be given another layer of hull locations, to represent the cargo hold shown in The Wormwood Mutiny deck plans (easily assumed to be under the table if you're playing with the Maiden of the High Seas model). If the ship itself is assumed to be two hull sections wide, then the fo'c'sl and sterncastle could also be calculated as one or two hull sections wide.
