Bloodline no, domain yes.
Prestige Class: If I take levels in a prestige class that advances spellcasting, does that give me access to my higher-level bloodline spells?
No. Likewise, it doesn't give you any additional bloodline feats.
If you were an oracle, it wouldn't give you any additional mystery spells. (However, it would give you higher-level cure or inflict spells, as those are part of the oracle's Spells class feature.)
If you were a witch, it wouldn't give you any additional patron spells.
If you were a wizard, it wouldn't give you access to your higher-level school powers.
And so on.
Prestige classes which advance spellcasting only advance caster level, spells per day, and (for spontaneous casters) spells known—essentially, the spellcasting features described in your class's Spells class feature description.
(Note that the dragon disciple class has the blood of dragons ability, which explicitly states that you get your bloodline powers and bloodline spells; this is a special ability of that class and not the normal state for advancing spellcasting with a prestige class.)

The domain class feature, granted to a first level cleric, contains this sentence: "A cleric gains one domain spell slot for each level of cleric spell she can cast, from 1st on up."
The bloodline spell class feature, granted to sorcerers, grants specific spells at specific sorcerer levels.
The difference in wording matters.

Well, it says "essentially" your Spells class feature. It also says it advances your spells per day, and the cleric's Spells Per Day chart includes a little "+1" that represents the domain slot. So...?
I dunno, I don't feel sure one way or the other.
One thought, though, is about wizard school specializations: he gets a bonus spell per day at each spell level, and also has to spend double slots for any prepared spells from his opposition schools. But neither of those things are part of his Spells class feature.
So if a Fighter1/Wizard5 (capable of 3rd-level spells) takes a few levels of Eldritch Knight and gets access to 4th-level spells... does he get the bonus 4th-level slot for his specialized school? If not, does that mean he can also prepare 4th-level spells from his opposed schools without penalty? Seems like you need to either include both or include neither, and one of those feels really wrong.
And whichever way you go, domain spells probably work the same way.

Yes, he does get the extra slot, and no he may not prepare opposition schools on the cheap. As you point out, the extra slot is for every spell level he has access to and not based on class level.
