I live in Conway, Arkansas which is 15 miles west of the tiny town of Vilonia, where my ex and much of her family lives. 3 years and 2 days ago a tornado hit Vilonia, doing incredible damage. It pales in comparison to what's happened tonight. The whole downtown area, several subdivisions, some of my ex's relatives' homes, a brand new school...all flattened. At least 6 deaths reported.
But it's not all bad news. Hundreds of people have come from miles around to help look for casualties and help clear streets so emergency vehicles can navigate through the town. My son and nephew are just two of the scores of volunteers out tonight. I'm very proud of them both.

If anyone wishes to donate and help the victims of the tornado that struck my area of Arkansas last night here are some links to do so. Any contribution is welcome. So many lost everything they owned. It's terrible there. My ex found the body of a little boy on someone's lawn last night, just to give an idea of how bad it is.
You can use this information for donations to aid the tornado victims of Mayflower, Vilonia, and El Paso, Arkansas:
