How do you know which archetypes don't overlap each other?
The only one I'm familiar with is the rogue archetypes. I'm trying to figure out the monk archetypes work and I'm not certain...
Can the Flowing Monk and Martial Artist intertwine with each other?
Uhh, I think you have to look at what things they replace. Like, alright, say you've got the Rogue, and one of his abilities is Trapsense, or whatever it is. If two Archetypes both replace the same Trapsense ability, they can't be used in conjunction with each other.
Vamptastic has it. Look at the class features they replace or modify; if any of them are the same, you can't combine those archetypes.

Both archetypes change Diamond Body, so no go.

One exception specific to the monk that you might want to be aware of is qinggong monk.
With a qinggong monk, you can choose whether or not you replace a class feature, so it's an option with virtually every other archetype for monk.
