Summon Nature's Ally (Elementals) Question

Trying to figure out exactly what kind of elementals this spell can summon.

1. Only Earth, Air, Fire, Water elementals
2. Any creature whose name is listed as 'Size X Elemental' (adding 'Small Gravity Elemental' and such)
3. Any creature whose name is listed as 'X Elemental', of a size appropriate to the spell (So SNA 4 could summon a Common Time Elemental, which is of size Medium).

I suspect 2 is correct, with 1 being next-most-likely, then 3 as a very remote possibility.

Well, when you click the link in the spell description, it takes you to the Air, Earth, Fire, and Water elemental page. So I'd say #1

I say 2. You can summon magma ones.

Just the basic Air/Earth/Fire/Water.

In PFS, anyways.

In a home game, ask your GM =)

I tend to allow any "true elemental" published by Paizo; includes Lightning elementals (Bestiary 2 I believe) but not Gravity (Frog God Games?).

A stricter view would allow only the classical 4 elementals, because those are in Bestiary 1, just like all other monsters summoned with SM/SNA.
