Heya everybody! Could i get some rules lawyers to explain this spell to me?
So it is called out as a ranged attack, and that means all ranged attack feats apply such as Deadly Aim, Point Blank Shot... Clustered Shots? It also takes -4 to hit when used against an opponent in melee with an ally, correct?
A two handed weapon can be held in one hand when not "wielded" so a two handed sword is a viable component for the spell without messing with the somantic portion of the casting, yeah?
It isnt called out one way or another but is the consensus that strength modifiers apply? Would that use 1.5 STR on hits?
How would metamagic feats for maximizing damage and the like apply? I saw some people comment those dont work with conjuration spells but dont know any official rulings about it. Spell Perfection makes it even more confusing.
Feats and other bonuses (weapon focus, specilization, bardic boosts, arcane strike, etc etc) apply to each roll in the spell?
An enlarged spell caster who uses this has their weapons return to medium size as the weapons leave their grasp... or more of the weapons are never in their grasp to be enlarged in the first place?
It looks like a Tons Of Fun (TM) spell for Magus and Dragon Disciples but as always, i want to have my ducks in a row before i roll up with this gimmick. Thanks everyone!

Hi, i am also interested in how this spell works. The ultimate Glass Cannon?
Deadly aim and PBS should work fine.
Clustered shots require a full-attack action, and since with a spell you cannot attack, there is no doubt it won't work.
The STR modifier won't apply since you're not making a melee attack.
Still in doubt on other questions..

Ah, poop. I should have caught the full attack requirement myself. How about the material component, it seems a little odd (but cool and flavorful) that you have to waste a sword for every casting, do you think it was supposed to be a focus instead? But hey, the next time my black blade starts screaming in my mind about an attack in the middle of the night as some kind of messed up battle drill... I've got a threat to keep him in line now ;)
