Is it appropriate for players to use their hero points to influence rolls made during kingdom building, such as stability checks?
I'm not familiar with kingmaker, but if I remember the kingdom rules, it's the kingdom, not the players, which make the check.
I don't think they can use Hero Points for that check then.
