Custom magic boots price

I'm trying to create a pair of custom magic boots, combining the effects of several feet-slot items.

The items:
-Boots of Striding and Springing (5500 gp)
-Boots of The Cat (1000 gp)
-Slippers of Feather Step (2000 gp)
-Acrobat Slippers (3000 gp)

Can someone help me determine the cost, and point me to the relevant rules?

Something like this is heavily in GM fiat territory. I would not allow this much stacking.

well, without reviewing the rules further...
I believe you multiply the lower item price by 1.5...
So 5500+1000(1.5)+2000(1.5)+3000(1.5)

But yes, it's totally GM fiat to allow combining items like this.
