Su (Supernatural) abilities based off spells: Do they require the V, S, M of the spells?

Rules Questions

For example, if a creature has Change Shape (Su), is says it functions as Polymorph (with a few added restrictions). Does that mean it still requires Verbal, Somatic, and Material components?

In other words, could a creature with change shape still use it if silenced?

Neither Spell-like abilities nor Supernatural abilities require components of any kind.

SLA's require concentration, and provokes attacks of oppurtunity unless done defensivly.

Supernatural abilities require no concentration and simply works.

The reason for stating that it works like X spell is to not have to write out a bunch of text that would be identical to a spell description.
