Fatigue immunity and sleep

I have a Oracle with the lame curse. I gain fatigue immunity. I see that staying up all night grants you the fatigue condition.

Does this mean the only time I need to sleep is to regain spells?

Divine casters don't need to sleep to regain spells, they just have to prepare at the right time of day, or as soon after that as possible.

Pretty much, you can forego sleep with the lame curse or other methods. There are NPC's in modules who live off of Lesser Restoration.
