This is a bit of a point of contention. Do a search for Hell Cat Stealth and movement and you should probably find a thread which discusses the sides to the argument.
I can tell you that, as a GM I certainly wouldn't allow it and the rules aren't very clear on whether a 5ft step is sufficient.
Edit: Just saw this, which I believe is achange or an errata that I've missed before.

So no, despite being able to Hide in Plain Sight, making a stealth check after a ranged attack requires a move action. Which means you can't make a full attack and stealth.
