Since the creation of Great Legionnaires on these boards, and even our transformation into The Empyrean Order, we have grown in membership, viewpoint, and scope at an exponential rate. Our past organizations and our intentions while revolving around community betterment, have always most strongly expressed that by a focus on protecting the innocent and containment of the unjust through the use of force. In short we were a good aligned but combat focused organization.
The membership that has joined us on Pathfinder Online though has really brought in a lot of diversity in viewpoints and perspectives. TEO's membership has many ideas on how to better this community, many talents to offer to that aim, and many approaches they would like to to take to reach it. We have more members than we've ever had before, and and many more non-combat focused ones than we've ever had in the past.
As a leader one of the most essential talents to acquire is that of identifying people with the right skills for a job, and placing them into the position where they can serve best. One of the members whose talents I have to put in the right place is my own. I have traditionally always served as the leader of smaller, more elite, and very combat focused organizations. While I think these experiences and that perspective can be valuable to TEO, I do not think they necessarily are a good reflection of our organization as a whole. However I have recognized within Lifedragn that he is a level headed individual who commands great respect within and outside of our organization, a firm and principled individual whom will stay true to the intent of TEO and the reasons our members joined, and finally someone who shows the initiative to get things done that any leader absolutely needs.
After discussing this with both Lifedragn and TEO's membership, I feel it is now time for me to step down from my position as Grand Master, so that Lifedragn may take my place. I will still be a member of TEO and actively involved in this community. However I will be putting my talents toward TEO's military, and more specifically the formation, training, and leadership of our elite force known as The Exalted.

Thank you, Andius, for everything that has been done to date. I know you will do well with a military role and look forward to working with you in that capacity.
With a change of leadership, a lot of people frequently wonder what is going to change. My response to this is -- Not that much. However, as Andius has mentioned, the organization has evolved over time as information about the game has come forth and as our membership has discussed their plans for playing within the game.
Initially, The Empyrean Order was founded under the auspices of an anti-griefer / anti-RPK guild. Whereas we still expect to step into these roles if necessary, assurances about griefing policy from Goblinworks has allowed us to step back from the raw anti-griefing militancy that we had started with. Our focus will continue to be to help create a region of the game where safety is promoted for those players who do not go looking for trouble. We hope to participate in building an area where bandits fear to tread, and random or psuedo-random player-killers will be driven out of said regions with the full force that we can muster. These same protections will be levied around new player starter zones, with forces permitting. We look to create the areas where players who seek minimal PvP or want to avoid meaningless PvP altogether will feel safe and be able to enjoy themselves.
It is my hope that TEO will become and remain a powerful force for positive community engagement in all that we do. I hope to use diplomacy as the first tool of action when dealing with others, though we will not fear to use the sword where the pen fails us. I look forward to working with you all towards building a better game from within, be you part of TEO or championing your own group with your own causes.

Just as T7V appointed Avari to be the liaison with the UNC (I Guess he drew the short straw), I would like to assign a UNC member to act as a liaison with TEO.
This can be viewed as a gesture of goodwill if you choose to accept it. I have usually seen some common ground with Lifedragn, and I have never misspelled his name.
If you have a preference of who you would be more accepting, please feel free to PM me. If you would rather we send one of our newest recruits, and one that has no prior history on these boards, we have 7 to draw from (including 2 females). Although neither of those females are very outgoing as far as forums go, not sure if that is desired?
Anyway,
Congratulations to Lifedragn on your promotion to Grand Master of the Empyrean Order.

As someone with an unusual spelling of my first name, I find this to be a valid criterion for judging anyone. Hell, my now-husband couldn't spell my name correctly for the first three months I knew him!

Making this response public instead of PM because I would like my policy to be known to the community.
I am more than willing to have liaison with any group. We stand on opposite sides of the aisle on many aspects of what we prefer in the game and could be bitter rivals depending on where we each set up camps, though I hold no ill-will through what disagreements we do have and relegate in-game tensions to in-game resolutions. Despite any conflicts we may hold, open lines of communications can still allow us to align on topics that we agree upon and potentially even open avenues for future activities.
We have not yet appointed any liaisons beyond contacts and associations already made by Andius and myself, so please feel free to have your representative contact me directly. I may delegate the role in the future, but for now I am open to any and all contact so long as you do not mind if it takes me a little time to get back with you.
