As a house rule, would it break the game if I gave the rogue class the following;
Full BAB
Good Fort Saves (as well as Reflex)
That's it. Would this make the Rogue on par with Fighters? Competitive with Rangers and Paladins? Too powerful? Considering that Rogues often have to flank in melee it feels to me that they need a little power boost.
Thoughts welcome.

If you give a rogue full bab, no matter how you build your fighter, the rogue will always out damage, making the fighter obsolete, with the rogues combat feat trick. which, is on par with the fighters combat feats. so, a dual wielding rouge at lvl 6 with full bab, would have 4 attacks, each dealing +3d6 extra damage with flank.

Don't give the rogue full BAB. Here's my approach:
Level 1 rogue class feature, call it something like "Combat Advantage". (Yeah, I know it's also a 4e term.)
"Combat Advantage (Ex): Whenever a rogue attacks a target that is denied its dexterity bonus to AC, or whenever a rogue flanks a target, the rogue gets a +1 bonus to attack rolls against that target. This bonus increases by +1 for every 4 rogue levels attained after the first (5, 9, 13, 17)."
This means that when the Rogue is in a position to sneak attack, the rogue gets an attack bonus comparable to full BAB without actually giving the rogue full BAB and its resulting iterative attacks. It also means, however, that the rogue still needs to play like a rogue to benefit from this class feature. It lets the rogue shine when he gets into flank (As he should), but still makes him work for it.
Rogue level/Combat Advantage Attack Bonus
1/+1
5/+2
9/+3
13/+4
17/+5
Also, giving a rogue a strong Fort save wouldn't be a bad idea. Reflex is already the least important save in the game.

the most balanced approach would be to take the rogue and fighter, and gestalt the two. then ban the original rogue and fighter, change the name to commando and you are set.
the fix for the monk? give it psionic warrior manifesting progression, proficiency in all simple and martial weapons alongside light armor and the ability to flurry with any weapon. allow it to recieve it's class abilities in light armor
fix for the cavalier and ranger? allow unrestricted animal companion choices, ban the cavalier
fix for the gunslinger? allow advanced firearms as well as the ability to start with them

lol Nah, no class need fixing really. Maybe just let the rogue get more chance to flank and use sneak attacks.
Monk was build to move fast, go in quick, get out fast. Fighter approach, monk run past fighter and reach the wizard, punch him in the face with flurry of blows after he passed a save or suck spell because monk got the highest saves. Catched arrows from ranger as he run away from the dead wizard.
