So, I actually have a Rules as Intended question for Mike/Vic/any developers that want to chime in.
Foxglove Manor say you can reveal Aldern Foxglove to banish all haunts in front of all players. The scenario Foul Misgivings says that if the Skinsaw Man is encountered, Aldern Foxgove may no longer be played for the rest of the scenario. However, revealing Aldern Foxglove using Foxglove Manor does not count as playing Aldern Foxglove, per the FAQ. So, you can keep Aldern Foxglove around in your hand banishing haunts, even if the Skinsaw Man has reared his ugly head (and tongue!)
I was just wondering if that was what the designers/developers expected, or if haunts should not be dispersed after the Skinsaw Man showed up. I haven't played the RPG adventure path, so I don't know anything about the flavor of haunt banishing.

I think you have raised a legitimate point.
I guess they tried to work this into the card game through the scenario rule.
It does sound like your interpretation of the rules is correct, but I'm sure the intent is that you can't use him to banish haunts after the SM is encountered.
EDIT: After thinking about it, perhaps they intended for the location rule to grant Aldern a power that he doesn't normally have.
By that interpretation, there is no conflict with the rules on what is playing a card and what isn't. I do think they should work that intent into the wording, though.

Yeah, I had figured out the identity of the Skinsaw Man. As an aside, you can use forum spoiler tags to make people hit a button to see the spoiler, if you'd like. Though playing the PACG is in itself a big spoiler for the RPG adventure path. Looks like I won't be playing the PnP Rise of the Runelords. Given my free time lately, Skull and Shackles isn't looking good either. :)
I would also think the intent was for that to no longer work, but I'd rather ask before making a scenario artificially more difficult for myself.
