Help me pick and item for my Barbarian

I am a lvl 10 Invulnerable Rager Barbarian playing in a home game. I am a two-hand lunge, great cleave type (shocking I know). I have improved crit/Longsword which drives my weapon choice.

We recently completed a huge quest line. As a reward we can choose any item up to 30000 GP in value. If you choose a weapon you can take up to 32000 (+4).

I am unsure what to take and looking for suggestions so I don't miss anything obvious. It is important as we do not usually have ready access to items.

Items of note I have:

Elven Chain
Flame Tongue Longsword
+3 Amulet of Natural Armor
Ring Prot +2
Belt of Physical Perfection +2

We also have some land, a town and I was given the Leadership feat against my will. We are engaged in a cold war (with some skirmishes) and my character is the "general" (ranks in Profession: Military Tactics). That does affect my options.

What I am thinking:

+1 Longsword of Speed
+1 Holy, Acid Longsword
Mithril Breastplate of Command
Cloak Protection +5

Those are my leading candidates. Suggestions?

Any chance you can retrain out of that longsword? And select a nodachi instead? If not...Use it two-handed with Power Attack. You do have Power Attack right?

Weapon: +3 Furious Longsword. When raging, it functions as a +5 weapon. 32,000 gp.

Armor: Celestial Armor. +3 chainmail, -2 ACP, light armor. Fly 1/day. 22,400 gp

Other:
Stone of Good luck. +1 to almost everything. 20,000 gp.
Cloak of Displacement, Minor. Blur all the time. 24,000.

Not sure what exactly you are looking for so my recommendations are more general.

Would you post your build and give some tips on what kind of campaign you are playing? Also low wealth? High magic?

Are you allowed to upgrade gear? I guess no.

You might look at the Furious and Courageous Weapon Enhancements, those rock on a Barbarian.

Do you have the Superstittion Rage Power? If no, take the "Cloak Protection +5". You are going to need it sooner or later.

Some Item, that allows you to fly, is also going to be important at your level. Winged boots are too cheap though. Maybe a Fyling Carpet.

Home Brew and at this point I cannot re-train or use "Oriental" weapons.

Is there a melee that does not have Power Attack? =)

Nope, no upgrade. Single, new item

Only problem with flying is I have no skill in Fly so I think I will spend more time crashing than flying.

Just some ideas I may not of thought of is what I am looking for. I've been trying to figure out the greater + weapon vs something like Holy. Not sure really, at least in my mind.

+2 Furious Courageous Falchion, Adamantine if you can swing it, but I'm guessing that is over your price range.

Seriously though, Furious and Courageous are the best weapon enchants for a barbarian.

If not that, then the Cloak of Protection +5 is your best bet.

Even if you don't have any skill at flying, most magic gives you a maneuverability of good, which gives you a +8 bonus to the skill.

Just for reference:
Furious is a flat +2/+2 while raging for the price of a +1 enchantment.
Courageous on the other hand gives +on fear saves (equal to enchantment) and adds increases the any other morale bonuses by half the enchantment.

Rage grants morale bonuses. But that ends up being +1str/+1con. If your build is specifically tailored around Courageous enchantment, great!
Otherwise I'd be wary of taking that over a flat +1 bonus.

I agree with MatthewN about the furious and courageous enchantments. Even with weapon focus, I would prefer the falcion if only for its higher crit range.

Okay now I get it. Furious turns that +3 into a +5. So Courageous becomes a +2 bonus...that makes more sense. I knew it was staring right at me. :)
