You can only be affected by one polymorph spell at a time. If a new polymorph spell is cast on you (or you activate a polymorph effect, such as wild shape), you can decide whether or not to allow it to affect you, taking the place of the old spell. In addition, other spells that change your size have no effect on you while you are under the effects of a polymorph spell.
That limitation should be in effect even for SU powers, not only spells.

Enlarge person effects a humanoid creature.. you wild shape your no longer eligible. Righteous might works however.
Wildshape work like the polymorph spells. It don't change your type. you are still a member of whatever race you were initially, so you are still a valid target for the different "person" spells if are a member of a humanoid race.

@insaneogeddon: while your end result is correct, the path you took to get there is flawed. Wild Shape doesn't change your type. You are still a humanoid (with subtype) or Outsider (with subtype). There's nothing in WIld Shape or it's associated spells that changes your type.
Edit: ninja'd by the angry looking beardy guy.

Well that makes that subdomain useless for me. I assume Righteous Might won't stack either.
Nothing that changes your size affects you while Wildshape. They added that specifically to prevent any kind of stacking. You will find nothing that works in conjuction with Wildshape or polymorph effects.
