What to chose? Why to chose?

Hi all. I'm to start a new character. I could use advice on which character to pick from my list to play in pfs. I need advice on why to play that character, roleplay and story wise.

The list to pick from:
1. An Irissen human Barbarian, to become a mamoth rider.
2. A winter witch.
3. A damphir inquisitor vampire slayer
4. An Aasimar life Shaman, designed to be ultimate healer.

Which one should I start playing with what rp background? Which do you find most interesting to play?

If you have a better suggestion to start a new character with a great rp background, let me know too! Im lost in what to pick.

Season 5 is heavy on demons...I'd shoot for a story background that had demonic involvement, whether it's a sole survivor trope, redeemed, crusader or so forth.

Not sure about a winter witch of Irrisen or barbarian from the north...how does your story have them end up working for the Society, based in far away Absalom?

There is an thread dedicated to the trouble with mounts in PFS right now. I wouldn't recommend Mammoth rider you wont get a lot of chances to use your mighty steed.
