Average Flat Footed Monster AC by Level?

Anybody have the average flat flat footed AC of monsters by CR? I can find their average AC and average touch ac (here), but not their average flat footed.

I don't have any spreadsheets or anything for you but level 1 - 5 typically crest at around 18. 5 - 12 it scales up to around 22/24. 13+ up to 20 it can get as high as 30 usually. There are outliers at every level that are well above or below this.

Well, you have the average AC by CR, you have the average Dex by CR... It's a bit of work, and the numbers might be wonky (as expected when working with such statistics), but just subtract the Dex mod from the AC values.

It's more than just dex. Any dodge bonuses go away as well.
