Never act incautiously when facing a small wrinkly bald smiling old man! - build idea

Advice

From discworld there was the monks of time, and the old man 'the sweeper' always walking around with his broom and sweeping the grounds, but everyone respected him and they all knew the rule "Never act incautiously when facing a small wrinkly bald smiling old man!"

I would love to recreate this but unsure about the best build, it needs to be a mostly martial class and should not be wearing armour. What sounds most natural is a monk, he should be hard to hit and damage isn't a major draw. But he should be able to shame you in some way.

He should be old, but any way to avoid the physical stat penalties is good. Also preferably a human. Highish level as well 15+, 20 point buy (should not have horrible wis).

Any thoughts?

Sovereign Court

CR 15+? Many possibilities, he could be a monster with change shape, aka all the imperial dragons, a special kind of doppelganger etc...

Male Venerable Human Monk (Martial Artist) 2/Barbarian (Savage Barbarian) 13+ (give him a cloak of immortality to not suffer aging penalties, yeah its actually a real magical item).

If you toss mythic as a possibility and templates, you could put the agile template on him.

How about a Mythic Commoner?

Scarab Sages

Wisdom/Cha based Monk/Paladin/Champion of Irori with mantis style. Nigh unhittable AC, Nigh unbeatable Stunning Fist DCs, and basically unlimited Smite Evil/Chaos.

Pretty much any demon. I believe they all have shapechange and can change into humanoids.

"Turns out your old man was a demon all along!"
